    Hi All,

    I've a quick question on varying weight lifting programs, I've been going to the gym twice a week for nearly 2 years now and have learned a lot of lifting techniques- too many to do all of them in one session. I was wondering what advice people would have on varying their programs? Would it be better for example to concentrate on shoulders and abs for one month, then arms and legs for the next month or alternate each time you go to the gym? Any advice welcome
