    You are focusing too much on the numbers if your macro ratios are correct than your calories you say your eating are wrong from your macros your only consuming 1080 cals on non training days and 1320 cals on training days this is not enough food for someone of your stats just focus on eating plenty of healthy foods such as good carbs like brown rice and potatoes good proteins like fish beef eggs and fruit and veg and eat small frequent meals and add some good fats from nuts and flax oil

    Not sure about the macros bit. A kilo of fat loss per week is a good number to aim for alright. You'll have to reduce the amount of food you take in as your weight decreases. Also, after a few weeks on you'll notice that your weight loss may slow down.

    This is just my goal as I was bulking for 1 year.

    protein 130 * 4 = 520
    carbs 50 *4 200
    fat 50 *9 450

    total= 1080.

    Thanks alot I never spotted that.
    If i increased my protein to 200 and my carbs to 58 it would pan out correctly.
    But then i feel the protein will go to waste as i don't think it would be used.Am i correct in thinking it is 1 gram per lbs of lean body mass?
