Hi, new guy here, would like to know peoples opinion on the following workout. Unfortunately going to the gym isn't an option,

    26km cycle daily, every day

    20 Prisoner squats
    20 Push ups
    10 Squat jumps
    10 Inverted rows
    15 Close grip pushups
5 chin ups, every other day and

    Plank to fail,
    20 bicycle crunches
    20 double leg drops
    20 scissors
Plank to fail, every second day

After 4 weeks, hopefully I'd be able to try this :)

Would this be something worth following, or would I be better of joining a gym?

You could also start working on hindu pushups, handstand pushups, one-legged squats, one arm pushups, work the front and back levers and do hanging leg raises on the chinup bar and practice l-seats on the floor. There's also the possibility to do dips on chairs and things. I'd say you should mix things up a little bit more as you'll get either bored or stagnate doing the same routine the whole time.
