Getting weak all of a sudden...

This has happened to me a few times in the past couple of weeks, and usually around the same time in the day, i.e. lunchtime. Basically I'll get very weak and my legs are basically crying for me to sit down. What could be the problem here? Lacking something in my diet?

Have a good diet, get more than 5 a day etc...

    Thanks.

Any changes in your diet recently? Are you snacking between meals at all?

Nah, no change. I was squatting yesterday but I don't think that's it.

I snack between meals on cashews, fruit etc, always have two Mass X shakes during the day :/

    More solid food?

    Maybe more carbs before squatting?

No expertbut I'd get my blood sugars checked, had a few spells way back, all down to poor diet in my case.

The same thing was happening me a couple of years ago. They couldnt tell me why it was happening for ages and in the end they said it was cos my blood pressure was too low and I had to stay more hydrated. Best to get checked out. They did tests on my heart too cos that's what they thought it was at first.

    That doesn't sound good.

As we can't give medical advice on the internet, I would advise you to go and see your GP and get checked out. This problem is certainly not 'too small' to avoid seeing a doctor - get checked out for the advice and the piece of mind.

    Hope this helps!
