Hi I put up a thread bout jogging and me being a newbie?
Anyway it is closed? Just wondering why? is it not suitable to post here?

I was geting headaches when jogging. Was worried as had cardia problems.
Anwyay It turns out that my wisdom tooth is playing up. I have freaky wisdom tooth that never broke the gum. Its literally in my head. Anyway it gives me headaches from time to time. And now its getting worse and its inevitable it has to come out. I think the jogging had slight impact, and may have aggrivated the tooth or something. But Im sure this is what it is.
So thanks for replies.

Funkz, in reply, I started jogging 20 mins week 1 and 30 mins week 2. If I feel tired I slow into a walk, But Im finding I dont really need to anymore.
I suppose Id only cover 2 - 3 km in this time. Im a slowbie. But im not in a hurry anywhere and ive enough cop on not to over do it.
I have no plan. I havent a clue what Im at really. lol.
