Too broke for a gym at present so giving these a go. Sit ups one day, push ups the next and so on.
I'm happy with the push ups one but the sit ups is troubling me. When I was in the gym the trainer had me doing some sit ups straight up, some to the right, some to the left. This program just has the sit ups straight up/

    Any comments/suggestions?

    Cheers

Sit ups with a twist work a different set of muscles to a "normal" sit up, principally the obliques, as far as I know. Video here for with a twist and here for normal that shows the difference.
