Tuning iDirect System with Horizon meter

Hi, i need to tune in an idirect satellite system (satellite broadband system used in national schools) using my Horizon HDSM Plus but have had no luck to date getting signal lock with the datasets i have. Do you know what satellite is been used ? plus I believe this school project is been serviced by a big BB company. Where are you based.
