    Hello

    Here is my current routine. sometimes i get to gym once a week, other weeks its twice. depending on work and playing sport commitments. i'm doing the weights for dded strength for football/hurling

    squats (alternated with deadlifts)
    bench
    incline bench
    flys
    chin ups
    bent over row
    dips

    can anyone suggest alternative exercises? feel i need to change things up after few months doing the same thing. or add anything thats missing? cheers. I'm 5ft10 and just over 12st.
