Hercules in Lurgan street is the closest to you I'd say. It might be a bit of a trek for you but well worth your while.

Would anybody be able to put me in contact with someone who could show me how to perform the olympic properly before I pick up some bad habits.

Do any of the gyms in dublin provide training for new exercises such as these?

    Answers the question doesn't it??

Anyway, Millhousegirl started a new thread yesterday asking about weightlifting and I linked to this thread in it. Both posts were moved by a mod when the topics were merged.

Yeah Hanley is obviously trying to bring down the internet by inserting circular references everywhere he can.

Baaaaaaaaahahahahaha the first thing I thought of when I saw that link being moved to this thread was "why isn't there a circular reference error coming up?". Guess that's what happens when you spend all day in front of excel.

Your best bet is to just ask.... All the guys that coach in there are beyond welcoming and very helpful if you're upfront with them.

Thanks. :) easily confused. And for the record, it was a cunning plan to have me go around in circles for a few hours. LOL

I thought this was the reason behind Boards? The place is working for me and the guys are sound so why shouldn't i tell people?? Maybe we should all just join poxy gyms, become a number and get no fu*king results out of it..

As I'm sure a mod will gladly inform you, boards is not for ADVERTISING. Which is exactly what you're doing.

For me to be advertising Hanley i would have to be involved and i'm not. Just a happy customer expressing opinion. Go, don't go i couldn't give a flying F

5 of your first 10 posts included a reference to one Fitness website - this would be considered shilling or advertising on behalf of another party. Take some time to have a read and get to know the lay of the land - that includes being mindful of being respectful to other posters. If you would like to show your support for a company feel free to include a modest link to them in your signature.
