Zara returns policy?

Does anyone know what the returns policy is in Zara? I bought runners there last week and now I dont want them, tag is still on and I have my receipt - will they take them back?

Their returns policy is usually printed on the back of the receipt.

usually if the product isn't worn and the tag is on them the shop will take them and offer store credit (you can get cash if you're lucky) back but they are under no legal obligation to.

the only way that you're entitled to a full refund if the product isn't of a merchantable quality, i.e ripped or frayed etc.

Zara give full refunds once you have receipt. Think you only have 28 days though!
