I was just thinking it would be pretty easy to work out PWE without the need to subscribe. At 11-30 ish they give the tip and the race its in. If you just go to the Bettingsite and see the latest market mover in the race it must be PWE surely?

There are 1 , 2 or 3 PWE tips every day there are paper tipa every day and PW tom segal on saturday and every day on big meetings - the PWE is available at 12.00 on rp website or theres a number u can ring at 12 for 1.50 per call. the website is ony 7.50 per month but ninfo is a bit later. mike hasnt said hes stopping subscription. but if all you guys get a few winners u shud send mike a tenner every now and again to keep up the tips. a tenner per year of all yous would pay a full year. think mike says he doesnt pay for the tips but for the small amount of cash involved for the tips cant see its a big deal.

The daily paper tips though are not PW or PWE, are they? I dont think Mike had a subscription. I am pretty sure its Yaaboy and his runs out shortly.

Flipping heck have you actually read any of this thread at all? I suspect not.

At midday Pricewise Extra lists the races its got selections in, I then check the horse(s) in the race(s) that move in the market using RPs Most backed feature and then put them up on this thread.

The paper tips are called Pricewise and are put up if anyone has them, the Tom Segal "big race" selections are published here as and when he does them, I then post them here.

So its all the Pricewise tips from where ever they come, thats all this thread is for. Nothing else

ffs chill. Mell Collier gave 2 tips yesterday. Are you saying those were Pricewise Tips because they are not listed as such on the page or in the index?

I understand that perfectly and I am not disputing that. My point is that the paper tips given by Mel Collier are not Pricewise selections because they are not listed as such. Yesterday there was no Pricewise paper bets and there rarely are, yet the paper tips are being taken as Pricewise selections when they are not.

    No they are not.

Any paper tips are clearly outlined as such. PAPER TIPS. Not Pricewise or Pricewise extra.

Sorry bout delay couldnt be helped..think my buddys subscription runs out tomorrow or saturday, couldnt find any monthly stats (somebody was looking for) but il get my buddy to send on an email to them today.

Perhaps a forecast is in order, heres what they say today:

Case to be made for Dream being shorter
    We Have A Dream
    4.00 Epsom
    1pt win at 4-1 generally
We Have A Dream has a fairly obvious form chance in this sprint handicap, as he’s progressive, in form, proven at the track and - importantly after last night’s rain - has a couple of wins on soft ground, writes Mel Collier.

There are lots of horses running everyday with similar claims, but what makes me think he’s particularly good value is the comparison with the 2-1 market leader My Kingdom. He too has obvious claims, but he was beaten a length by We Have A Dream when the pair met in July under very similar conditions to what they will encounter today.

We Have A Dream is 3lb better off today and his subsequent Ayr win was just as good as My Kingdom’s subsequent Brighton win. He did particularly well to finish second despite a slipping saddle last time, and if I were pricing the race up they’d be near enough joint favourites.

You could probably do that with a lot of these Pricewise Extra horses.

    Other way around Mike. ;)

Bloody hell. Libre is 9/2 with PP now.

    Libre

    4.10 Chepstow

1pt win at 13-2 with Sportingbet (6-1 generally)

The veteran of 99 races and what a servant he has been to his connections down the years, winning nine times and finishing runner-up on 16 occasions, writes Ben Hutton.

However, age catches up with us all and there is evidence to suggest Libre is on the downgrade at the age of nine, as he is currently on a 14-race losing streak. The handicapper has dropped him down to a mark of 50 - a career low - and I'm sure some punters have lost faith in him these days. Attempting to sound more upbeat about his chances, it's interesting to note he is only 5lb lower than his latest winning mark (a course and distance handicap over ayear ago), and it stands to reason he has given more than a glimmer of his old ability on more than one occasion to be dropped only 5lb during his lengthy losing streak.

I have a theory abouthim and it's possible he needs soft ground to be seen at his best these days and two of his best runs since his last win coincided with heavy and good to soft ground.

Chepstow has long been a place where we look for Libre to run his best races, but that hasn't been the case in each of his last three starts. Still, he was racing on good to firm and good ground and if my theory about him is correct, we can expect a more determined effort from him under today's much softer conditions.

It's the last chance saloon for Libre, but no great surprise to see him score on his 100th appearance and let's face it, the competition is pretty moderate.

    5.45 Kempton

1pt win at 4-1 with Betfred (7-2 generally)

She failed to show anything taking on good horses in maidens on her first three starts, but plenty to like about her handicap debut run over 5f here 11 days ago, when she was staying on strongly in the closing stages to finish sixth (would have been third but for traffic problems inside the final furlong) behind Candyfloss Girl, writes Matt Williams.

The handicapper hit her with a 4lb rise in the weights after her latest run and if you get the chance to watch a replay, you will see the reason why he chose to take such measures - she was eyecatching.

I am confident she can reverse last week's form with Candyfloss Girl, even though the revision of the weights could have been kinder to Simon Callaghan's filly.

The extra furlong is going to bring about significant improvement and, having watched the ride Pat Dobbs gave her, Hayley Turner will be expected to be a lot more vigorous on the filly.
