    hey all

Over the last 4 months, doing sit-ups squats cardio walking alot etc,
    I have lost 3 stone, I now weight 13stone 10pounds. i am 24 5'11

I did all the cardio at home, but i now would like to join a gym.
I am not too sure which one to join

sano vitae or the locker room (cork)

What i want is to loose weight tone by body(to give it a better shape)
i want to use weights treadmill, and anything else that would help me
achieve my goal of weigh loss and building muscle and toning my body.

anyone have a suggestion on which gym is better

    thanks all

I don't think this place has that many Corkonians.

I'm from Cork, but have not been to either of these gyms, so can't help you.

Why not go to both as a pay as you go customer and see which you prefer.

+1 for the mardyke, it has a pool and sauna/steam room.... i love to relax in them after a tough workout!
