    At present my back work consists of the following moves
    Single arm bent over rows
    Deadlifts (only really bringing these in properly now)
    chin ups
    lat pull down close and wide grip
    Cable rows
    machine row
    I would usually try and get one downward movement like chin up and a row into my back workouts.

    Im just wondering about other moves like face pulls etc, are they worth the time and effort when doing full bodies.

    So pretty much i would just like to hear how you train your back????
