Does anyone know if there is any place doing Crossfit in Cork???
Been reading a bit about it, fancy a go at it but wouldn't mind seeing it in a group.
Otherwise it off to read the WOD

If you want to PM me your details I'll pass your info onto the Cork lads I know who are thinking of affiliating. For the time being, however, we're the only CF affiliate. A day trip to the Big Schmoke might be in order.

I found a Gym in Douglas that has a WOD on its website and seems to have everything for crossfit in it.
Anyone been to Fitnessworx? Know if they do Crossfit sessions?

That's in douglas, by enco ( the snooker hall) at the end of donnybrook hill. I would join a crossfit gym but if there's none this place is the one to go to. They've got shed loads of kettlebells, bars and weights. They do have wod's but not that many do them.... and te music can be ****e :D

I ve been doing the odd wod at globo gym in bishopstown but its always rammed and hard to go between exercises without someone jumping in.

I am not from cork orginally but this has to be the worst place for decent gyms at the mo
