Where can I buy an Mp3 song online?

I've been trying to purchase "Wonderful Life" by Black, but amazon.co.uk says there are territorial restrictions on users wanting to buy from the ROI. It's a pity because they were only charging 69p for the track. Any suggestions?

Just to clarify, I don't have an ipod, so I'd like to be able to play the song on Windows Media Player.
