New Programme

Was up in the gym today (just back after an injury) and got talking to some bloke. Was at a bit of a loose end as regards what programme to follow and he recommended the following

    Day 1
    Bench Press 4 x 8
    Squat 4 x 8
    Chins 4 sets to fail
Dips 2 sets of 10 (assisted at present)

    Day 2
    Deadlift 4 x 8
    Military Press 4 x 8
    Weighted Hyperextension 4 x 6
Pull ups 4 sets to fail

My goal is to get my strength up and get a bit of muscle mass on my bones. I got to a reasonably decent shape this time last year but i bolloxed my knee so i've been limited since. So now i've been given the clean bill of health.

So what do people think of this as a programme? Good? Bad?

    Cheers
