Sore Joints

I do Preacher curls on a machine (25kg 3*10 reps), and dumbell curl 10kg 4*10 reps.

My elbows (especially the left one) tend to be sore the next day.

I take 1 cod liver oil cap every day, which helps with my knees (which used to get sore).

Am I over doing the training, or does anyone have any tips for this?

I wouldnt say your over training, preachers can be sore on the joints, maybe think about doing something else instead.

I cant say for sure, but 1 cod liver oil cap does not sound much. There's very little oil in fish oil caps. I dont know the dose your taking so i cant tell you what to take.

I found glucosamine good for my joints, 2000mg a day did the trick.

try doing concentration curls instead of the preacher curls.
The pain might be from your elbows against the preacher machine.

I am taking normal seven seas 200mg CLO caps, I will consider upping the doseage, or changing when I am finished the bottle.

I am not doing any more bicep work, I am doing kickbacks on a different day (8kg 3*10reps)

You probably want to more Tricep work then. Your're doing 2 excercises for your bicep and one for the tricep even though the tricep is a bigger muscle.

Whats the rest of your program like? Are you benching on the days you do biceps?
