Foot Cramps

Hey, I've been looking around, and can't seem to find any threads that relate to this problem specifically.
I get very bad foot cramps if I try to point out my foot fully. It feels like the muscles in my toes are spasming, and it locks my middle toes straight and is pretty painful. This only happens with the foot pointing, everything just seizes up. I can relieve it, and that's not the problem. I drink plenty of water, and am pretty sure my potassium and B-vitamin intake is good. Anything I can do to prevent this? I'd appreciate any help ye could give me.

    Hi there,

I used to get this as well like a cramp in your foot. Painful as hell but I havn't had it in ages.

Try reflexology, or even giving your feet a massage yourself every evening with foot lotion/massage oil to work out the muscles there. I was told by reflexologist its down to holding stress in your feet when your walking/exercising?

What time of the day do you usually get this? I used to get it at night in bed or first thing in the morning. As previous poster suggested you might wanna get it checked out by the doc. I'd be interested to hear what they have to say about it!
