Need help with Finances for business

    Hi

    I have Business plan nearly completed. I am just missing one or two financial figures and was wondering could someone give me an approx figure for one or two items.

    The business is a restruant operating in a 1400sq/ft premises

    Figures I need:
    Rates and Water charges in Dublin?
    Insurance for a restaurant?
    Liquor license for a restaurant?
