    A grilled breakfast does me ie ,bacon ,sausage,tomatoes ,mushrooms , waffles ,beans with poached egg and well done toast .Tea and orange juice

    If I'm feeling really healthy I will have boiled egg , cereal ,toast wholemeal toast with jam , marmalde or honey .

    A college student myself, and constantly running late in the morning, usually grab an apple and banana but at the weekend at home its the works, rashers sausages, fried egg, toast and tea yum.
    Damn it now I want tea

    I throw some muesli into porridge.

    I bought a plastic micro wave sausepan in Tescos.

    I leave Porridge & miesli soak overnight.

    Most of the time just an Onigiri(Rice Ball) but I`ll spice it up every now and then with a beer....ahh a nice morning beer, you should give it a try.

    Generally I get a bowl of porridge with a scoop of honey, glass of oj, toast n' jam, maybe a waffle or a yoghurt and top it all off with a cup of tea.
    Can't beat starting the day with a good brekkie!

    A cup of hot water, sometimes with some fresh lemon juice, sometimes not. Or else green tea.

    Then get ready for work before eating anything solid.

    Porridge with low fat milk, sometimes a few mixed nuts on top.

    Finish off with a piece of fruit.

    So, in summary, I'm better than you.
