 Why in the hell would you want to drink 4/5 protein shakes a day? From a protein perspective, there wouldn't be a problem but there would be other elements of your diet you're bound to be neglecting!

Why not eat solid foods instead of drinking shakes all the time?? Protein shakes are great for meal replacement now and again when you havent prepared food and for after training but you wouldn't want to be living on the stuff!!

No human being needs that much protein. You'll give yourself severe indigestion and your body won't change unless you lift weights too.

protien doesn't grow muscles just repairs damaged muscle tissue, which tears during excercise or weightlifting.
1 protien mix a day is plenty to suppliment your diet while lifting weights.
It makes you f@rt more too, so dont drink too much.:)

Actually, just by introducing a shake a day, no working out whatsoever, you could expect to slightly reduce bodyfat and improve skeletal muscle composition. Absolute fact.
