    hi all,

    i wish to improve my flexability and have begun stretching each day. was wondering about the benefits of taking maybe a yoga or pilates class to further improve my flexability. whih class would be better for this? can anyone who goes to these classes perhaps let me know how it has worked for them and the difference it can make.
