I'm half thinking about setting up my own gym in the shed. I have a fairly big shed so I could split it on half. Here's what I was thinking of buying.

Squat Rack Don't need anything too fancy

Bench Press I chose this one, so that I can do incline bench press

Bar & Weights Going to go for the coloured plates

EZ Bar Can't forget about the guns!

In total that €1035. That's just under 2 years membership in the gym!

Do any of you workout at home? What kind of set up do you have?

Very similar set-up myself but would you not just get an adjustable bench and use the cage to rack the bar?

Oh and I'd get some rings for dips and maybe some of the dumb bells with removable collars so you can make up dumb bells to suit.

I didnt think of getting the adjustable bench! Good idea. At the moment I'll manage with the big lifts (Squat, Deadlift, Bench, OH press, and power clean), so the dumbells can wait for a while.

I'd just get the adjustable bench and save yourself a few quid. The J hooks on the power rack are pretty good (I have the same one in my gym). With the money I'd saved I'd get a few kettlebells for all that throwing around business and maybe some adjustable dumbells. For a grand you'd get some excellent kit at Irish Lifting.

The dearer rack has a dipping station too, but costs a good bit more, though you might be able to knock something up for the other (or gymnastic rings as mentioned). The ezcurl bar you linked is for standard 1" plates so will not fit your oly ones. The oly ezcurl bar is €60, I would sooner get a single oly dumbbell handle.
