What should my target weight be?

About 3 weeks ago I decided to turn things around: start exercising, stop smoking and eat more healthily. My motivation is probably 50/50 weight loss and fitness.

Today I decided that I was going to set myself some sort of target, so I have something to aim for. I'm going on holidays to France on the 16th of July so I've picked that as my target date, but I'm not sure what my target weight should be?

At the moment I weigh about 66kg (145lbs), I'm a 5' 6" 22 year old female. My routine isn't too strict as it's something I'd like to keep going long term, and I think I could stick to this. I'm upping my fruit and veg intake, cutting out crisps and white bread, and giving up mid-week drinking. I'm also making a concious effort to decrease my portion size. My diet has always been pretty balanced and I eat reasonably healthily - ignoring the occasional take away or slip up.

My exercising is mostly based around jogging, I'm on week 3 of the couch 2 5k program and it's going really well so far. The only I exercise I really did before this was occasionally walking/cycling to and from work (about 2.5k). Tag and tennis season have also just started so I do both about once a week.

I hope that's enough background! Ideally I'd like to drop a stone, but I'd like it to happen in it's own time. Based on my diet/exercise - what can I reasonably expect to lose on a week to week basis? I don't want to set something unrealistic and then be crushed come July when I'm way off. Likewise I want something that I have to push myself a bit for.

    Thank you :)
