    Hi all,

    I'm wondering if you can provide me with some kind of Workout Plan?

    I just joined a gym, I'm in my early twenties, 6 foot and 13 stone. i've a relatively slim build, (quite skinny arms etc) but I've some weight around the gut and chin.

    My main aim is to lose the fat and build up.

    I've never really worked out properly before on a consistent basis but I know how to perform most excercises or can learn quite quickly!
