I used to be really fit and do loads of weightlifting, aerobics, running and other classes, but overdid it and gave myself shin splints which still flare up. Then I went to university where I just sat around eating junk food all day. I now want to lose weight and tone up as quickly as possible but I don't want to overdo it and get injured again. Could someone help me work out a fitness programme that will make sure I'm not overdoing it? I would appreciate someone posting a sample week's workout plan to give me an idea. Activities I intend to do are: weightlifting, aerobics, taebo, spinning and pilates, but I'm not sure how to go about deciding on an appropriate plan. Do you think something like this is ok for someone a bit unfit:

Mon: Pilates, weights and 30 mins aerobics

    Tues: Taebo

Wed: pilates, weights and 45 minutes spinning

    Thur: day off

    Fri: Pilates, weights and aerobics

    Sat: Taebo

    Sun: day off or yoga

By the way, I am female.
