Weight Lifters are not athletes

    Lifting weights cannot be compared in terms of difficulty with doing track sessions ie 12x400 in 62secs with 100m recovery. Unless you are a rugby player a person would only bulk up if they were afraid of hard training and wanted to look like they train. Whydont you leave the gym and start training on the track like real men. Regards

    I dont train for power lifting but do weight train but i know its definetly a very athletic sport and if you dont understand that then your clueless as to what an athlete is. athlethes come in all sorts of forms.
