    hey there,

ive been lifting for a while and am fairly happy with my gains but am left with the usual problem, a thin layer of fat that is keeping me from going from a kind of 'big' build to a 'ripped' one. i have decent definition but its the usual trouble spots lower abs etc. that are bothering me. im happy with my workouts and my diet is fine, not perfect but fine.

what i really want to know is what do you think is the best class for fat loss? i ask this because i find running boring so am thinking of going into one of the classes in my gym to see if they are any use.

so is it bodypump? boxercise? curcuit training? or the good auld spin class?

    any help would be appreciated,

    thanks.

Do spinning, great calorie burner-but its easier to cut calories than to burn them, cut some and you'll be fine..
