    I doubt there's that much difference between them. You'll find they work for some things, need to be doubled up for others, and are totally useless for more. But you'll get some use out of them, and you'll know what you need to make them useful later.

    Before you buy, see if your local Lidl has any resistance bands left. Last time I looked, they still had a net of three bands for around a fiver.
