    Uncircumsized- and the reason is because the mutilation of babies for religious reasons is barbaric and EXTREMELY inhumane. Under no circumstances that I can accept the body part of ANY human be sliced from their body unless medically urgent - ESPECIALLY as children without the option to consent.
