Hi all quick question in regards to the above.

Basically been training for the last year was keeping a log on here but didnt have the time to keep it up,i did keep the training up and lost a load of weight and grew a bit of muscle.

My question is due to new pressure at work i wont have half as much time to train,id probably only manage two quick session during the week and one session on either saturday.

would concentrating on weighted dips and chins during the week while waiting till the weekend for the bench, deadlift, squats be enough to keep me in shape obviously in conjunction with a good diet.

    Thanks for any opinions

I'd say it would keep you in shape. You could probably add some more bodyweight exercises in too though, to get a more rounded workout.
