    Dance is one of the most efficient way to burns calories. In fact, moderate dancing burns seven calories per minute. It can go up to 10 calories per minutes with a fast beat dance like Salsa or club dance. Imagine how much calories you can burn in 2 or 3 Hours in a nightclub.
    However if you don't want to sabotage your exercise you must avoid to drink pints of lagers every time you go out. Fitness or drunkenness you'll have to choose.
    I'd like to set up a Dance group anybody interested?
