Feeling rubbish

    Im sore and im feeling groggey is it a good idea to do my normal work out today havent been since sat. Im not sure weather to rest up or just go to the gym and get it over and done with.

    I'd say go.

    If you do weights, maybe drop them a little so as not to discourge yourself.
    If you do cardio, reduce time/distance so as not to discourage yourself.

    Once you get up there and get into it, you'll be feeling better - afterwards you'll feel great.

    i agree, get up there and do it, but id stay at the same weights and just before u walk in teh door say to yourself, "mate your feeling sh!t, dont be expecting to break any PBS". Usually works for me

    go to the gym, if after 10-15mins u still feel like **** then dont bother finishing the workout, go home and rest. always listen to your body.

    Thanks guys but I just rested up today, and will get a good nights sleep tonight with a lemsip. I think you have to listen to your body you can do yourself more harm sometimes. :)
