I have the metal one, it is great and very tough to do. I only had a go on a normal one last night and it is still hard, as hard as you make it really. My grip strength has improved a lot from it, it can result in blisters from gripping so hard and the forces generated.

My mate got it on amazon much cheaper, when I got mine amazon were not shipping stuff like that here, I think they changed the policy. His was around €10 and had the counter and LEDs, though it was posted with a book too.

Is that a fitness ball? A big beach ball you do postures on? Google fitness balls and maybe look for a youtube video for your answer.

Wait just looked at the argos, that is weird looking. I can not imagine how it would be useful.

The video certainly sells it though.... interesting...

Its hard to explain, basically you start like a tiny lawnmower, then rotate the ball in your hand trying to match the speed at first, once you match the speed the internal yokey is going at it gets harder as you go faster and your rotations get tighter, then it lights up, your face goes red, it sounds strange and really i think your best bet is in fact a penis...........:pac:

I would definitely get one with the counter unless you want it solely for rehab. The counter lets you track gains and is fun when trying to beat others scores. Expect the obligatory **** jokes, 2 of the girls were doing it last night and one was surprisingly good, which all the lads were impressed with ;)

If you look on sites with people who actually own one then very few say it is "useless", most calling it worthless have never used one and just cannot fathom how such a thing could produce the force it does. I got the metal one since I heard you would outgrow the normal one. I got the normal one to over 11600 and have gotten the metal one to almost 10000, the metal one is a totally different league. It will force you to grip isometrically hard, when doing isometrics most say anything over 10sec is doing no more good, so you can simply control it.

Argos have a 30 day money back guarantee so if you do not like it just bring it back. Or bring it back and buy on amazon!, they have plenty of customer reviews too.

It's the way he slowly builds up to it. It's just wrong. Oh, and the way he starts off with the left and then "finishes it off" with the right. Damn funny though.
