    I have started cycling again in the last few weeks and I am starting to feel fit again, due to this lovely recession :rolleyes: I have alot of free time on my hands. so my goal in the next few months is to become fitter than i have ever in my life. I am 31 , i remember when i was 15-20 i could play football all day and run all day.I always seemed fitter than most people my age. now carrying a bit of puppy fat and being not as fit, any advice from people on how i can become super fit. If anything it will give me something to do with all the free time i have lately. I eat farely well. I am thinking off doing some Tae bo in the house i have some training vids about 3-4 times a weeks for 45mins. and cycling for 1.5hrs 5 times a week, and weights sit ups etc. most days.any ideas?
