Easiest way of doing this: Please post what you would eat on a typical day. Then we can then advise as to where you're going wrong, why it is so, and what you can do then in terms of diet.

    This one is easy longfordjames,
    Monday: Luigis
    Tueseday: Macaris
    Wednesday: Supermacs
    Thursday: Chick King
    Friday: Rising Sun
    Saturday: Indian down by Aldi
    Sunday: Rest.
Keep cardio to a minimum. I would imagine that you'll be fighting fit by the Summer! :)

Make sure when you're bulking up to eat more - but only eat more of the good stuff - meat, pasta, eggs, vegetables, fruit, milk etc. - 2 Big Macs are just harmful to your health

I'd recommend joining a gym, even if only for a few months, as you can't get a proper weights workout at home (without buying expensive equipment that is). Have instructors do up a program with you that allows you to work on upper body, core and leg strength.

Hmm, a good point. However his cholesterol levels and his heart won't thank him if he eats unhealthy foods.
But if he's only 8 stone then I wouldn't be too concerned about what he eats - as long as he eats. Currently his BMI is 15.2 . Anything under 18.5 is considered underweight.

You don't need expensive equipment to work out at home. I work out at home and after reading some of the "professional gym instructors" programs posted up here before I would say you could easily get as good or a better workout at home than a lot of people are being told to do in gyms. Still going to the gym for a few months will let you have instructors look at your form and advise if you are going wrong, but again this depends on if the instructors are any use...

OP- drink 1 litre of whole milk per day and 100g of nuts and you have a very easy 1250kcal extra in your diet.
