Personal Trainer wanted

    Hello all. I'm looking for a personal trainer. I've been working out quite well since before Christmas and have achieved some good results. However, I feel I could be achieving so much more, given the correct guidance. I'm sure there's quite a few PTs that frequent Boards. Would it be possible for any PTs to PM me with prices/availablilty etc.

    jamie give you location so trainers know if they can accomadate you..

    My location is Tallaght, although I do have a car as well. I'm male, 27 (not that it matters I assume!). Cheers.

    Hi Jamie, listen I train in Total Fitness in Blanch and would be only too delighted if you wanted to pop over a couple of days a week and I could give you a dig out with the training

    You can't get single passes any more afaik, so you need to be a member to get in unfortunately!!

    It was 20+ euro but I thought they did away with it a while ago. I could be wrong tho and it was just the free passes that they gave to members for their friends every now and again that are gone. Either way, I'd make sure they're still doing it just in case he makes the trip over and can't get in!!

    Its all good, been training there for god knows how long and I can never remember so I called my mate how works there. Its 20 bricks a pop
