weight gain stack.... too much creatine?

    hey all

    just wondering if this supplement stack would be a bit too much creatine and stuff in my system from what i have at the moment?


    At the moment my stack consists of:
    (1hr30mins)Pre-Workout: Protein shake or yoghurt with raisins + Holland and barrett creatine caps (3, says on container take 3 before training and 3 after)
    (30Mins)Pre-workout: Cytosport Fast Twitch
    Post-Workout: Protein Shake + banana + ProLab BCAA Plus caps + Holland and barret Creatine caps(3)


    Id like to gain a bit more weight and i cant really stomach the shake straight after training anymore haha but this is what i was thinking of for a new stack, what do ye think?

    (1hr30mins) Pre-Workout: Cytosport CytoGainer
    (30mins) Pre-Workout: Cytosport Fast Twitch
    During:Maltodextrin
    Post-Workout:BSN CellMass
    30 mins after workout: Another serving of CytoGainer

    Any input appreciated lads!

    I would say BSN Cellmass is a good one and I would recommend it.Just make sure to cycle it.I dont have a clue on the other things though.
