Freckles - Opinions

Obviously this isn't an especially serious topic but summer time is looming and freckles are becoming more visible (dammit!) on people!

People mostly seem to think that freckles are cute or add character. What do you guys think?

All my freckles have disappeared since I was a kid. I blame foreign food. It's just a pity I still can't get a tan.

I never had a Freckle to my name .But they remind me of my Irish childhood , when every other kid , male and female had em ( and I hadn't )

Some of my teen crushs had freckles , but they didn't know that then

I wouldn't mind not getting a tan as long as I didn't burst into flames and leave a pile of ash in the same shape as me that slowly blew away as if there was a heavy breeze even though I'm indoors. there's also a rolls eyes smiley which should save you typing rolls eyes out every time. Used to have lots of freckles but they have all somehow merged and now I kinda look tanned.
I hated them when I was a kid but it's cool now.:D

I think OP that a scattering of freckles is cute, especially the small ones that you see and it looks like they have been sprinkled across the nose.

That can be applied with one hand if you use a roller. I'm an expert at typing one handedly.

Depends..normal freckles are fine... Ginger freckles that are slightly pink/red aren't so nice..A girl I knew that was ginger, she said when she was 12 that all her freckles would join together and make a tan.

I'm not a fan of the big ones, or the ones that are all over your arms/upper chest/face.

I have the kind that only come out in the summer and are that kind of light sprinkling over the nose. I don't mind them, I guess.

I love my ginger freckles.....ever since the not nice girls in school pinned me down and tried to eradicate them.

Not really. Just don't like them. Admittedly it looks even worse tho when a ginger woman tries to hide them by putting on fake tan and then has orange skin to go along with her orange hair.

Freckles are nice in small quantities! Those little evil ginger kids you see about with freckles invading 90% of their face are a different story though :eek: I find them quite repulsive

Spot on in terms of the gingers. As someone else pointed out, they are ok in moderation.

My cousin, who also had red hair, had so many they were actually joined up on large patches of his skin! It was a bit strange looking... My freckles however are great.

They can be really sexy, or really ugly. Depends on the freckles, how many they have, their size, the colour etc etc.

mehh,i think a few around the nose are cute but all over the face looks mucky,especially when they stick to eachother to form blobs look at the pic attached two perfectly good girls ruined by too many freckles

I like it when women have a light sprinkling of freckles across their nose. The best example i can think of is Evangeline Lilly (Kate from Lost) who has some freckles and she's stunning.

I agree thought that women who's faces are completely covered in freckles can be a bit off putting.

I swear by porridge soap, used it as a kid a lot to lighten my freckles and it worked brilliantly. That and a bit of proper sunshine helped to merge and lighten them to become a nice sallow complexion rather than a face full of shítflicks.
