i have been following a low carb diet now for almost a year lost a good bit of weight and toned up lots.

but lately i find myself kinda slipping back to my old ways(not anywhere near as bad tho).

i think it is from the boredem of just basically eating cold meat, can any of you lovely people help me out here as i dont want to put the weight back on.

What on earth are you eating? I've been low carbing for years, and my downfall is all the food I can eat.

    Fennel and chili soup.
    Cauliflower cheese,
    Steak and broccoli,
Eggs Benedict (poached egg on spinach and grilled cheese)
    Chicken Satey
    Pork and beansprout stirfry.
Greek salad (feta, cucumber, olives, tomato)
Nicoise salad (greens, tuna, anchovy, green beans, boiled egg)
Asparagus wrapped with ham, drizzled with olive oil and baked.
    Frittata
Low carb ice-cream (recipe on request!)
    Low carb chocolate mousse.
    99% chocolate.
    Celeriac chips.
    Brussels sprouts and lardons.
    Spicy almonds.
    Whey cupcakes.
Bolognese (mince cooked with tomato, mushrooms, olives and herbs)
    Roast lamb and rosemary.
    Chicken kiev.
    Salmon, hot or cold.
    Mackerel with horseradish.
