Deadlift and Pull Up Questions

Well don't really have a pull up question only I started adding them into my back routine instead of cable pull downs and omfg they are hard. I am only doing assisted ones and even then I find them hard. I am doin 4 sets of 7 pull ups and 4 sets of 7 chin ups. My back is really feelin it today but I love it.

Anyway started doin the deadlift for the first time yesterday in my back routine and wanted to see what weight I should be aiming for in relation to my squat. Now I squat like 90 kg, 4 sets of 6, I could do more but its free weights and anything more just feels dangerous, i do em real slow to help. Anyway, when starting the deadlift I just wanted to get techniques right so I only was doin 70 kg, should I be aiming for alot more or what. Also my plates are not olympic size so bar is closer to ground then I'd like, I can't start the deadlift with my heals flat, I kinda have to roll back onto the heals startin lift and roll off heals lowering weight, this is due to bar being a bit low, is this ok, also is bare feet a no no.

All I'll say is don't try and jump into deadlifting hige weights too quickly, start on light ones and concentrate on getting the form down, I'd keep the feet flat on the ground as well. I just started deadlifting this week as well and it's one taxing f*ck of an excercise.
