I'm pretty sure this guy is still available. Ladies and gentlemen I give to you...Nunzio!

    07.jpg

I think at this stage in the game Nunzio aka Little Guido is a great pick. A former Cruiserweight Champion who was a fine worker and who was also pretty entertaining on the mic too.

I'm not going to pick one of his former FBI associates because I primarily will use him with Santino on my show as I think the two would have great chemistry and would form a good unit.

    MNG Roster:

    Round 1 pick: The Rock
Round 2 pick: Jake 'The Snake' Roberts
Round 3 pick: The Big Show
Round 4 pick: Santino Marella & Beth Phoenix

The ultimate underdog is a great addition to my roster as it allows me to use Waltman as X-Pac as well as replacing the Kid with one of the few better underdog wrestlers. As a former ECW world, tag and television champ this man was very succesful as well as winning an Observer award for best newcomer and better at selling for wrestlers than an online pharmacy

A great addition to my roster, Honky can play a wide variety of heel characters - a coward, a goof or as he is in real life, a raving lunatic. Honky can add comedy to my roster, as well as being able to boast as having the longest reign as IC champion in history.

    My next picks:

    Katsuhiko Nakajima
    katsuhiko.jpg

    and

    Kota Ibushi

    200807060004-spnavi_2008070600013_view.jpg

These two guys are the future of pro-wrestling in Japan. I can absolutely guarantee that anyone who has never seen them wrestle will be flabbergasted the first time they do so and their fast paced style will have fans of the NWA on their feet in no time. Screw Dragon Gate, these guys are even more sensational.:pac:

    Nakajima

The term prodigy is thrown around way too easily these days, but never was the term more apt than for this guy. He started wrestling professionally when he was just fifteen years of age and even now at the age of 21 he has wrestled for every major promotion in Japan and wrestled more incredible matches than most veterans could only dream of. Nakajima is the protege of Japanese legend, Kensuke Sasaki whom i have already chosen, making them a perfect pairing to use in this draft.

Nakajima is such a compelling guy to watch wrestle. His intensity is off the wall and the stiffness of his strikes and kicks is just amazing. The maturity he shows at such a tender age is just off the charts and its difficult to over-exagerate just how good hes gooing to be in say 5 years time. Hes already begun a feud with KENTA that has been just sensational. They have that magic together that you just know is going to fuel a career feud similar to Misawa and Kawada, throwing up match after awesome match.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1hr40i4ugE

    Kota Ibushi

The best thing I can say about this guy is that if you've never heard of him, go straight onto you tube and stick his name into the search engine. This guy is far and away the most spectacular high flyer in the world at the momaent. Gabe Saplosky, the former ROH and current Dragon Gate USA booker describes seeing him live for the first time as similar to the special feeling he got when he saw Sabu for the first time in the 90's.

The Sabu comparison is actually very apt in that Ibushi is a true innovator in the ring. He has come up with some of the most incredible spots and reversals to standard moves that you've ever seen in your life. One spot he does that has to be seen to be believed is a spot where he goes for a moonsault but his opponent rolls out of the way. So Ibushi lands on his feet and immedietely bounces up into another moonsault, which he nails second time round. my jaw dropped the first time I saw it and again I'd urge you to you tube it, its well worth the effort. Brian Alvarez went so far as to describe him as a "special attraction you can build a company around" which is pretty high praise indeed.

In fact, just watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Prd-xToKsI

Also, Nakajima and Ibushi tagging together in a brilliant match vs Briscoes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lPdX7rnSuMY

My next pick in my increasingly diverse rster is a former TNA/NWA champion. He is back in WWE now, but they seem intent on wasting him now as much as they did when he was K Kwik in the early part of the decade. Folks, my 13th pick is Ron "R Truth" Killings

    01.jpg
    Championships and accomplishments

    * Cyberspace Wrestling Federation
    o CSWF Heavyweight Championship (1 time)[14]

    * Memphis Championship Wrestling
    o MCW Southern Heavyweight Championship (2 times)[15]

    * NWA Wildside
    o NWA Wildside Television Championship (1 time)[16]

o NWA World Tag Team Championship (2 times)1[19] – with Konnan and B.G. James

    * World Wrestling Federation / World Wrestling Entertainment
    o WWF Hardcore Championship (2 times)[6]
o Slammy Award for Best Musical Performance (2008)[11]

This guy is a good mouth piece, has charisma to burn and has a pretty unusual offense. He has a good look and is certainly talented. There are a number of people in my roster with whom I could either tag him up with or have him feud with. All in all a solid pick, someone who probably should have been picked far earlier in the game. In fact I am surprised i forgot about him this long, as I would have had him in earlier than this had I thought of him.

    Roster
    1. Murder City Machine Guns
    2. CM Punk
    3. KENTA & Naomichi Marufuji
    4. Low Ki

So far I think I have some great workers on my roster, some who could probably even have a match with a scarecrow and make it decent. My next pick could take that scarecrow and get him heat with the crowd before the match even started. Some of my guys could really him to get over outside the ring with the American audience and he also has quite the history with the man who's JWA's World Champ. The greatest manager of them all...

I do believe this person is still available. For my penultimate pick I'm going to choose one of the most beloved managers of all time, as well as one of the classiest women the business has seen, I present to you the First Lady of Wrestling...Miss Elizabeth!

    02.jpg

I think my roster could do with another female and considering that Miss Elizabeth in her heyday was easily as popular as some of the top guys, and considering her history with my roster's top heel Jake 'The Snake', I feel she'll be a very useful addition to my show.

    MNG Roster:

    Round 1 pick: The Rock
Round 2 pick: Jake 'The Snake' Roberts
Round 3 pick: The Big Show
Round 4 pick: Santino Marella & Beth Phoenix
    Round 5 pick: Shane McMahon
    Round 6 pick: Muhammad Hassan
Round 7 pick: Hurricane & Rosey
Round 8 pick: The Holly Cousins
    Round 9 pick: Mr. T
Round 10 pick: Bam Bam Bigelow
    Round 11 pick: Chyna
    Round 12 pick: Junkyard Dog
    Round 13 pick: Nunzio
    Round 14 pick: Miss Elizabeth

I'm a little ashamed of my next pick, basically because this guys was one of my favorites in the mid 90's...god knows why. But what i have in mind for him...I think it will showcase what he can do.

My Round 14 Pick,The finest tag-team specialist in the history of wrestling in North America:

    "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton.
    ga_feature_eaton.JPG

and as a bonus pick I'll take one of his many tagteam partners who debuted after 1975:
    Dave Taylor.

    200px-Dave_Taylor_wwe.jpg

    "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton.

I really wanted to pick the Midnight Express for this draft as I regard them as the greatest tag-team of all time, However the only regular member that debuted pre-1975 is Eaton. He represents incredible value as a 14th round pick as I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd be able to select a bone fide legend of the sport and hall of famer at this late stage. Even though I'm picking him alone without amy of his regular Midnight Express partners, I just couldn't resist the temptation to pick a guy this talented. I've a specific plan in mind for Eaton. The Freebirds, whom I've already chosen were already at their greatest as a threesome. Unfortunately buddy roberts debuted before 1975. So, I was left with a space in the Freebirds, whom I had planned on feuding with the Rock N' Roll Express. It was then I had the inspired idea of having Eaton as the third member. As a guy who tagged with several partners over the years he would have no problem whatsoever fitting in with Gordy and Hayes. Indeed he tagged with Micheal hayes for a few years in the teritories, so there's already a history there. Even better, Eaton spent a huge part of his career and definitely the more successful part feuding with the Rock N' Roll Express as one half of the Midnight Express. So not only do I give the Freebirds an ideal partner, I also add a new twist to a legendary, money drawing feud that will form an integral part of my undercard!

Dave Taylor While not an essential pick for me by any means, Taylor is by far the most accomplished of Eaton's partners who is eligible to be selected. A solid shooter and in-ring technician, he will add experience and great wrestling ability to my undercard.

This man has trained more than his fair share of guys currently on the indy scene. He owns his own indy promotion, but does not seem to be too selfish with the honours within the promotion. I give you The Master Of 1000 holds - "Lightning" Mike Quackenbush
