    hey all

    ive unfortunately got mumps.

    i wont be able to weight train until monday, and im gaining weight at the moment but im eating 5/6 small meals a day.

    my question is:

    while im off training should i stay eating like normal?

    Yep keep eating as normal as far as you can.
    A week off isnt going to kill you,quite the reverse in fact.
    A well-earned(or otherwise) break allows your body to recover and repair itself after the stresses of training.
