My Workout

I've been doing this routine in the gym for the past three weeks now, although I've been doing weights at home for the past few months I started going to the gym to get a more rounded workout. I'm 21, 5ft 10 and weigh 78kg. I'm trying to gain more muscle mass and it seems to be going well enough by this stage. I eat a high-protein diet and am fairly consistant with it.

Anyway, I'm just wondering what people think of this, I do it three times a week, and am upping the weights progressively.

    Bench Press: 75kg 3x8
    Bicep Curl: 16kg 3x10
    Leg Press: 155kg 3x8
    Back Extension: 85kg 3x10
    Row: 55kg 3x8
    Crunches etc
    Calf Extension: 85kg 3x10
    Shoulder Press: 27.5kg 2x10

I'm thinking I'm using the machines a bit too much and that perhaps I need to use the free weights more than I do.

That's an impressive leg press! Are you sure that isn't 155 pounds? Most leg press machines I've seen are measured in pounds.

Yeah, it's 155 kilos. I've always had strong quads, well out of proportion with the rest of my body to be honest. When I was 16 I could lift 95 kilos on a leg extension while I could only bench about 40kg. The only problem now is I can barely fit into my work pants and my thighs are starting to chafe!
