now head down to your local dunnes/aldi/tescos

and pop into the vrg section, pick up some cheap brocilli, some onioins, some cheap carrots, and a few other items that are on half price, today dunnes has loads of different green beans 3 for 2.

now boil the sh1t out of them, then blend them with a hand blender, piss cheap in argos, cheaper the better.

put in container in the fridge, try and make at least two liters of it, dont season it, just drink it. every day drink as much as you can, maybe 3 mugs, microwave it, and add milk to cool, then just gulp it down.

dont complain that it doesnt taste nice, its good for you,

    go on off you go

Why the hell would you force-feed yourself something that you don't like the taste of?

You can make a really nice soup using 100% broccoli. Carrots are great, raw and cooked. Green beans go really well with tuna (go on, try it!). I guess I just don't get the whole, I'm gonna eat this even though I don't like it because it's good for you. And raw eggs, what a waste of good eggs!:P

actually eating raw eggs doesnt allow you to get all the protein, cooking them denatures some of it, allowing us to absorb it, so i wouldnt do that, and like i said before, Go on, do it now and dont be bold

I would but I'm all full up on pineapple and cottage cheese. Kiwi doesn't go well with cottage cheese though. Honestly, don't even try it!
