I noticed my nipples have become puffy since I started doing bench presses and developing my chest. How can I get them back to normal?

Blood flow, muscles building behind it. It's more than likely a genetic issue and nothing that can be done about it.

    Could be gynecomastia.

edit: Do not take the picture on wikipedia as an average example for a lifter. :) My understanding is that it can be caused by an increase in test leading to an attempted counter-balance with oestrogen = boobies.

edit: Do me a favour and get rid of that horrible sig?

It sounds alot like gyno alright. You should go ask a doctor about this to be sure though.Just be quick before and hard lumps form and turn permanent.

as long as theyre not big enough to hang a duffel coat on its prob not worth worrying about.

They're not too bad, or not bad enough to make me go to a doctor, but if they get any worse I might think about going.

I'm just not sure if I should ease of lifting for a while to let me body get used to higher test levels for a while? Or should I continue lifting and hope my body's test and est levels balances itself out in time? I am more inclined to go with the 2nd option and just keep a close eye on them to make sure they don't get worse.

I think also me scratching them when they are itchy might not be doing them any favours?

Also I pluck out the hairs around my nipples, is this a bad idea as well? I'm not sure why I do this really, they just bother me a bit for some reason.

Sounds like a touch of gyno, the best way to try sort it now is to take zinc lots of it start at 100mg a day then reduce by 25mg a week til you are at 25mg, drop beer and eat lots of broccoli and cauliflower aim for 300-400gms a day of them. It'll help if that doesn't clear it up to the doctor with you

Not no juicing. Will try the zinc though see if that helps.
