Hi I've recently began to get sore knees.
The pain is on the inside portion and towards the top of the knee.
Has anyone any idea of what i could be doing wrong in the squat to cause this.
    Thanks.

You're probably squatting high and breaking at your knees and not hips.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean.
My ass touches my calves I do a full squat.

Get it checked out by a good physio.

Are you high bar or low bar squatting?

Are you knees shooting forward at the start of your ascent? Are they collapsing in at any point?

I'm not interested in knee wraps as I know my form is whats wrong.
The bar is on my shoulders.
I'll check to see am i doing any of what you said with my knees.
    Post back later cheers guys.
