    I take half a pound of round mince. Chop some onion and put it in a bowl with the mince, add some ground black pepper and some onion salt. I then make 2" diameter balls and put them in a pot with some beef stock, more chopped onion, sliced carrot, barely and red split lentils. I boil this for 90 minutes and leave to sit. Boil up some spuds, then mash.
