This a problem ive had for some time now in my lower back, lumbar region to be specific. Ive questioned a number of physios, chiropractors and other sorts about it. They have all either given me stretches to do or else, more than once, ive been told its natural. But i know from how it feels that its not natural. Its always been there to some extent but about 3 or 4 years ago it started becoming more and more noticable.

It cause me no pain, it just feels wrong, uncomfortable at times. For at least a year now ive being watching my posture in everything i do, from sleeping to sitting to running to weights to try and improve it. I stretch out everyday religiously yet all this has made very little difference.

I play GAA at quite a competitive level, i do roughly 20 mins light jogging most mornings (stretch as well in the morning) and then i have a gym sessions 2/3 times a week as well as training with my team 2/3 times a week. And usually a match at the weekend.

Anyone have any info on other treatments or methods i could try to reduce my curve in anyway??

Neuromuscular Therapy is what you need. Could hardly walk for a while. Sore lower back. Went for two half hour visits and I was perfect after that

    That was fast...........cheers
Ive had some less than favourable experience with neuromuscular therapists in the past. Anyone in particular you could recommend in either the cork or dublin region?? Ive found its hard to find a good one in cork anyway
