Hey, I was just wondering if anyone here knows of a downloadable nutritional calculator that would allow you to easily keep track of the nutritional values of foods/drinks you have during the day. I thought it might be interesting to track my diet for a few days to see what results I get. I would just like to be able to select from a list of items and enter the quantity consumed, if such a thing exists. I don't want to spend too long entering information so that's why I'm looking for a simple calculator, if such a thing exists.

Thanks in advance for any info! :)
